Our Direct Travel Policies provide cover for End Supplier Failure if you have purchased a Premier or Premier Plus Policy.
We will pay up to £1500 for each insured person named on the invoice for irrecoverable sums, paid in advance in the event of insolvency of:
- The Scheduled Airline,
- Train Operator,
- Coach Operator,
- Car Hire Company,
- Caravan Site,
- Mobile Home,
- Camper Rental,
- Theme Park
In the event of insolvency after departure, you are covered for for:
- additional pro rata costs incurred by the insured person in replacing that part of the travel arrangements to a similar standard to that originally booked; or
- if curtailment of the holiday is unavoidable - the cost of return transportation to the united kingdom to a similar standard to that originally booked.
In the event of 1. and 2. where practicable the insured person shall have obtained the approval of us prior to incurring the relevant costs by contacting us.
